Professor Kindap has a long history of experience in atmospheric modeling and research, along with use of numerical models to a wide range of application including high-resolution weather forecasting, regional climate, long-range pullutant transport, nuclear emergency response, and urban air quality studies. Dr Tayfun Kindap got his PhD in Earth System Science, Climate and Marine Sciences, at Eurasia Institute of Earth Sciences, ITU. He was a Visiting Scientist at University of California, Davis and Georgia Institute of Technology for two.
