Özlem Ş. Kocaer graduated from departmant of City and Regional Planning at DEU, in İzmir. After that she continued her postgraduate study Urban Desing at IYTE and finished 2010. She takes an interest in improve Temporary Usage Opportunıtıes in urban public spaces, public spaces, event programming and activity spaces. Her thesis ıssue is ‘Explorıng Temporary Usage Opportunıtıes Of Urban Publıc Spaces For Event Organizations’. She is one of the co-founders of Temporary Intervention Platform, which aims to produce contemporary artworks in public spaces and deal with urban issues. She Works in Bornova Municipality since 2007. She is now head of professional society of City Planning in İzmir.
