Mr. Igor Vlassiouk completed his studies at Lund University in Sweden, with a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He has been part of the Swedish Trade & Invest Council (Business Sweden) Istanbul since 2011 as Environmental Technology Program Manager in Turkey. The program assignment was given to Business Sweden by Ministry of Enterprise of Sweden and is supported by the Memorandum of Understanding between Sweden and Turkey in the field of environmental technologies and energy. Business Sweden is partly owned by the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is a part of the Swedish official representation in Turkey together with the Consulate General in Istanbul and the Embassy of Sweden in Ankara.
