Ender Aykut YILMAZ, is Deputy Director General, responsible for, securing finance from international resources for local administrations and banking transactions of local administrations issues in Ilbank.
He is interested in financing of local administrations’ urban transport, renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste management, water and waste water projects with external resources.
He is also conducting studies on alternative funding approaches that can be used while realising local administrations’ projects, apart from traditional way of funding.
He graduated from Ataturk University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and got his MBA from Gazi University. He holds a PhD in Finance from Gazi University.
