Emre Gören holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Yıldız Technical University and completed the Executive MBA program of Koç University. Beginning his career in the field of power electronics and power quality, Emre served as sales manager at Siemens between 2006 and 2014 in the field of drive systems for heavy industry, marine and electromobility. Having established Turkey branch of Finland based Vacon in 2014, Emre has been serving as Director of Danfoss’ Drives division in Turkey since the acquisition of Vacon by Danfoss in 2015 and as General Manager of Danfoss Turkey since 2016. As of early 2017, he has also taken up the role Regional Director of Danfoss Drives overseeing Middle East and Africa at Danfoss in addition to his existing duties. Born in 1979 in Istanbul, Emre Gören is married and has two children.
