Ahmet Cihat Kahraman has started Environmental Management Centre (EMC) within Marmara Municipalities Union (MMU) since 2010 and worked as Director of EMC since 2014. Before MMU, he took in charge some rural development projects as a project assistant and project coordinator.
He completed undergraduate education in Selcuk University as Environmental Engineer, at the same time he graduated Heat-Energy Department within Mechanical Engineering. He played a part some industrial waste water management and interdiciplinary renewable energy research projects. He completed post graduate education in Istanbul University with modelling about efficiency collection system and recovery on Electronical Waste.
He going on working as a member at task force about “solid waste and waste water management” and “energy efficiency” within Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South-East Europe (NALAS)
